I woke up this morning at 7am to be at the Deerfield warehouse at 9am. I waited for 15 min. for someone to come get us to bring us inside. Then we entered and started to talk about the company by a PowerPoint presentation and a lot of boring videos. It got really cold inside so thank God I brought my sweatshirt. [cause it's the warehouse. duh.] They provided us with Publix subs and drinks which was nice. Not to keen on the Munster cheese I found in there. After all was said and done, I left at 1:40 pm, turned to 88.7 FM, and listen to the Busch race. It was a caution for Kasey Kahne and some bad front end damage to his car. [dunno how] As Steve Burns reported "The leaders are coming down and leading them is Busch champion Martin Truex, Jr." I think whoever saw me cheer inside my car thought I was nuts but happy cause Martin was leading.
After that I stayed home and relaxed. Those videos knocked the wind out of you. I talked to Dad about my boring day there and I missed how Martin got his right front corner damaged. Oops. He looked very good in that jacket. Claps for one awesome year! And if that wasn't enough, he's running in the Daytona 500! Hmm, what shall I wear that day? My bud hat and Martin shirt I’ll get for x-mas or a Bass Pro shops hat and something else? This is going to be one good debate come 2006.
Oh, I start on Monday at 9am. Saving up for the Pepsi 400 as we speak!
