I've finally talked to Scott today about the racing stuff around the store. He said sure I can have 'em! So, I'll have #8 Bud flag, #2 Rusty's last call banner, helmets and whatever is laying around. I asked him about the Jeffy stand-up and said a customer took it. Oh well. It wasn't Junior that's for sure.
It was a dead night tonight cause it was raining all day and cold so it made for one shitty day. I was so bored, I did nothing haha. I was done at 11pm which was a first.
In racing news...
I've caught up on the Indy race today and Dan Weeldon won the race and Sam Hornish, Jr. finished second. It was a very boring race but ESPN's new Side by Side is something FOX and NBC should think about. During commercial breaks, they have the commercial on the right, while in the left corner is the race live. It's better than after the two minute commercial run, they say 'Oh during the break, you missed this' and we're SOL cause we missed it. You'll have a lot less bitchy fans if they get this Side by Side stuff, too.
Foxsports.com has a diary kinda of Martin in Mexico. It's pretty funny but then I told you some of the stuff before. Great read, by the way.
In other news...
I was reading Jade's blog and he had a link to a site where you can print
shhh postcards to tell a cell phone user on the phone to keep it quiet. It's quite funny but useful. That's something to hand out to customers when they are on the cell phone about something I don't care.
