I went to the police station on Tuesday to take my polygraph test and passed. It's actually a voice stress test. He asked me a bunch of odd questions I've never done before. All no's down the line. Well, the captain called me to tell me that he would like me to work on June 6th. I told him that I cannot drop my current job like that and work. I need at least a couple of weeks notice. Publix has done a lot for me in six months, I cannot just drop and leave. But then I got scared thinking maybe I don't want this job. I asked him if I can observe how everything works and stuff and that would make up my mind. So on Tuesday and Thursday, I'm going to see how it's like to be a dispatcher and if all is well, goodbye Publix.
In racing news...
Martin is in the 600 this weekend. I can actually watch a cup race on a Sunday. I'll miss the first hour but the rest I will watch at home. Sweet!
Nice
article on how Wi-Fi technology is helping Indy drivers this weekend. There is some errors but an interesting read.
