After a freakin' long ass rain delay and then some little rain in between, they finished. JR started in the back because of an engine change. The head gasket didn't look right. When Martin, JR and Paul Menard was talking, Martin and Paul didn't know JR changed an engine so that was funny. JR was having a tight issue late in the race and some tire wear on the left front. JR finished 3rd.

Martin, couldn't tell ya what was wrong or right with his car cause I wasn't listening to his scanner. He finished 10th. Phew.

Paul on the other hand will not race in the 500. He blew the left front tire after he radioed in saying there was a bad vibration. Better luck this year.

There was drama 3 laps to go when #92 blew a right front tearing his right side up pretty badly. When the cars were coming thru the tri-oval, a couple of cars were dodging big chunks of debris and ended up wrecking a couple of people. Sterling Marlin got in the back of DJ and spun him out during a caution! Smoke went thru the grass but he's good. Elliott Sadler won.

Race 2 will be starting soon. Race should of been over with by now. I guess they are getting all the rain out now so it won't happened for the Pepsi 400.
