Well, Junior's car sucked major ass. Finished 9th and fell in the points. He's 5th, 115 points back. A miracle needs to happen at Homestead for him to win the championship. Harvick won the race.
Kasey has a little dirty mouth there. Actual quote from Kasey about his racecar: "This thing won't turn. Piece of fucking shit." He finished 7th.
Martin had a 50/50 day and after getting the lucky dog, he finished 12th.
In Homestead news...
The Ford Fan Fest will be Thursday at Las Olas and I won't be there. Carl Edwards and Ken Schrader and the newbies there this year. I'll be closing at work. I don't know about any other driver stuff that will be going on. More to come I guess.
In other news...
Tuesday night is the Holiday Fest at the store. I went to Town Center mall looking for a shirt to wear with a skirt found in the closet. After looking in Neimen Marcus and Express, I found it in Bebe. It's a red button down shirt with black stitching. [Here's a
pic of it but not in red but you get the idea]
While I was paying for the shirt, the woman asked me for my ID because I was using my card and thought I was going to flash it from the plastic part of the wallet but it had my Martin fan club card in there. So I said to her "Unless you want my driver's fan club card" and she says "Your a NASCAR driver?" and I laughed with Mom and said "No, but I wish I was!" and then she tells me about her brother wanted to be a driver and their parents said no. She than asks is there any tracks around here and said "Yeah, Daytona and Homestead". She then said she's from Michigan and there isn't any race tracks around there. So, I said, "Yeah, there is a track outside of Detroit. I don't know where but it's outside of Detroit." She has no clue whatsoever but I did tell her to go to nascar.com and it will tell you where the track is. She was very shocked that I knew a lot about cars and racing and I just laughed. haha.
