article, Mark Martin is TEI's 4th car. How did this come about? I dunno...
Anyway. I had a thought about freeing the #8. Junior should buy the #8 and have Hendrick lease the number off of him. Anywhere Junior goes, the #8 follows. At least Teresa knows it's in good hands.
