It was announced today that Kasey Kahne will be the
new face of Bud in NASCAR.
I think it's totally cool that he's is sponsored by Bud. I support Kasey the driver and now I can still support Bud with his new sponsorship. It's going to be weird for him to be the face since he looks like he's 18. I really don't know how Bud will promote his image since his fan base is young girls. The Junior fans aren't really happy about. One thing they said "Just because Bud is ON the car, doesn't mean Junior is IN the car". [from the Desert monsters commercial from the Super Bowl] They will live. They have more on their mind like Junior's announcement tomorrow.
Junior's announcement will be on at 1:30pm on Speed and ESPN News. I will be home for this announcement since I don't go in until 3pm. We all know is Pepsi but what brand? What is the paint scheme on the car? yadda yadda yadda. I know I'm really excited. Can't wait to spend money on his new stuff!!!
Also, Junior is a candy bar. He's coming out with Big Mo' in Jan. 2008. I gotta hit that up!
Also 2, Did you know that Junior's Bud red is actually a trademark?
Sherwin-Williams has a Dale Jr. red color just for his Bud car. The same color that is on Kasey's Bud ride. Kasey is just another face for Bud I guess...
